What Vaitu is

Vaitu, run by Inglorious Coderz Srl, lets professionals pass on jobs they can't take to colleagues. It only connects people: it is not an employer, agent or party to any job.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and working in a professional capacity. Keep your details accurate and your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Handing off a job

You agree on the fee, terms and any contract between yourselves, and each of you is responsible for your own taxes, insurance and permits. Make sure you may pass on a job, and that your client agrees where needed. Vaitu handles no payments and guarantees no job, applicant or outcome. Vaitu can record an amount you both confirm, but it doesn't enforce it.

What you publish

You keep your content, and allow us to host and show it to run the service. Only publish what is true and what you have the right to share. Don't post a home's street address or more about clients than the job needs. Reviews must be honest and about the job.

Reports and removal

You can report content and block people. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Price and limits

Publishing a job, applying and choosing a candidate are free, and always will be. Some extras have limits, such as a daily number of voice messages, and we may offer optional paid extras. We'll tell you before we do, and you'll never have to pay to use the basics.

Responsibility

The service is provided as it is, and may be interrupted or change. Within the limits of the law, we are not responsible for what happens between users, or for lost work or income. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.

Ending and changes

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We'll tell you about important changes to these terms. These terms follow Italian law. For questions, write to noreply@vaitu.net.
